What Causes Pain In The Lower Back And Testicles After A Groin Injury?

I injured my groin about six months ago and have developed pretty signifigant lower back pain along with pain in my testicles and am starting to feel sick, light headed, weak, fatigued, headaches. I am also getting over a sinus infection which I am taking amox-klav for. Been checked for a hernia twice at primary health, but am worried I have something wrong.
