What Causes Pain In The Lower Back And Numbness In The Buttocks?

I have lower back pain, right side. Also numbness in my butt & down the back of my legs to the back of my knee. The pain in my back spreads to the left side of my back & I almost buckle from pain. I went to an ortho & he took 4 xrays . Says nothing is wrong. What can I do?

you can get pain killers like paracetamol/diclofenac.
physiotherapy may help.
I however suggest you see up your attending physician for proper education as lower back pain radiating to the leg is a red flag.
I hope you are satisfied, nif not let me know
