What Causes Pain In The Lower Back And Left Sided Abdominal Pain?

I m having pain in my lower back, left side only and feel a little bloated. Pain woke me up this morning, was really hurting at that time. My badder is working correctly with no pain in urinating, no blood and no smell. Urine is clear. no external bruising or redness. No fever or nausa. On 6/6/2016 I was put on prednisone 10 mg for hives after contacting some weeds that I should not have been around. Qty of 21 pills went thru them with the gradual tappering off. All of a sudden I have this pain and do not know why. What do you think of this?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the lower back pain then it may be due to some common reasons like muscular pain, spine degenerative disc disease, stone condition for all these differentiation is necessary else it may not be due to steroid you had taken for allergic condition I would suggest to have Diclofenac sodium either orally or injectable till you go and get done the investigation or see the doctor hope this information helps.
