What causes pain in the lower back and ankles?

Hi my name is Ashonti. Ive been having lower back pain and pain in my ankles for a couple of years now. I have a standing job and the pain is becoming extreme. I am hardly ever hungry when I do eat its a few bites before I feel discomfort in my stomach. I get yeast infections regularly even though I ve changed my soaps and underwear and even my clothes. I sleep all day and night if I m not working. My period has a terrible smell when it comes and I get an infection right after my period. Please help me!!!

In my opinion pain in back and ankles could be due to Deficiency of vitamin D.
Hence vitamin D levels should be checked.
Also Get vitamin B12 checked .
However if pain in back is severe a MRI scan of back may be considered.
