What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen?

Took two Ducolax three days ago thinking I was a little constipated on a empty stomach got naushis that evening took pill in morning I ate light during the day had two good bowl movements next day felt a little better late in day started to have some pain in upper stomach third day some pain in lower stomach pain on a 1-10 scale about a 4 comes and goes sometimes no pain then it comes back somewhere in my tract I have cipro thinking it might be a infection wonder if I should take

It could be due to intestinal colic.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

You can consult a physician and plan for an ultrasound scan.
