Hello,

Thanks for your query on HCM

"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -

1)Do a clinical exam by your treating Doctor and do investigations like [CBC, Urine Re/ME and Ultrasound]to confirm.

2)Do take treatment as per your clinical findings only.

Do take few lifestyle modifications after recovery-

1)Try to avoid strenuous activity at first for 15 days.

2)Try to support your abdomen when you cough. Place a pillow over your abdomen and apply pressure before you cough, laugh or move to help reduce pain.

3)Get up and move when you're ready. Start slowly and increase your activity as you feel up to it. Start with short walks.

4)Try to sleep when tired. As your body heals, you may find you feel sleepier than usual. Take it easy and rest when you need to.

Hope that helps
