Women s health- sometimes, (happening more recently), after sexual intercourse, I am having cramp like pain in my lower abdomen. It spreads across the lower abdomen toward the left side of my abdomen as well as in the creases inbetween my legs both sides of my vagina (just like menstrual cramps). I do not have any STDs/STIs (regularly checked). Also, I am getting these menstrual based cramps inbetween periods (not every month but just sometimes). What could this all be or mean?
