What Causes Pain In The Leg?

I Have pain in my left leg in the front of my thigh and some at the side, also a bit in the outside of the calf and some soreness in the groin. At times it is difficult to put weight on the leg. Sitting is painful and standing up and moving around seems to help it feel better. At night, there is some achiness which is somewhat relieved by walking around. Can you tell what this might be and what might offer some relief?

HI
Well come to HCM
The given symptoms could be suggestive of sciatica but confirmation with clinical examination and spine cord imaging test would be final judge till then it can be managed with NSAID (Non Steroid Anti-inflammatory Drug) and best option is Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, you can even try physiotherapy, along with these try to maintain the good posture, if it is the muscular spasm then Chlorzoxazone can be tried, take care.
