Realized I had pain in my left forearm this weekend, and thought nothing of it. The pain occurred initially when I stretched my hand backwards , towards my elbow. It spans from a few inches below my elbow, and extends through my hand at times. Lifting and movement do not cause pain regularly, however movements create a pressure sensation up my forearm. If pressure is applied to the direct line of pain down my arm, it is very painful (at site of pressure it is a stabbing pain, throughout the rest of the line down my arm it is a burning sensation). The line of pain follows on the left side of my tendons , through my wrist and around my thumb in my palm (assuming my left palm is facing up, as if I were to look at it) This literally came out of nowhere with no trauma or injury to relate to. Thanks for any help.
