Your symptoms are suggestive of pathology related to the nerve compression at lumbar vertebrae. It leads to pain as well as tingling sensation because of sensory and motor nerve compression in between vertebrae due to age-related spinal degeneration or intervertebral disk herniation.
Consult neurosurgeon and get MRI lumbar spine done to rule out above mentioned pathology. Usually, proper sleeping techniques, bedrest, and physiotherapy resolve the problem. For further prevention avoid heavy weight lift, use hard bedsheets. For temporary pain relief, hot fomentation can be tried.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
