For the last two weeks the left heel on my right foot is experiencing very sharp pain . It even hurts when I m just sitting , but especially painful in the morning when I get up in the morning I can barely step on it I have checked several possibilities , like if I may have stepped on something and was pushed up under the skin but find nothing . The pain is very dominant until I m moving around some but still very painful , I realize I m not a doctor but was wondering if it may have a bone spur , never had one and was wondering if it s a possibility
