Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Your fiance is having fever (101) swelling, left the inguinal region, and loss of apatite. All these signs & symptoms indicate the possibility of an infective process going on. Kindly take him to a hospital for admission and treatment. He would need a course of antibiotics along with other supportive therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nirmal Chander Gupta,
