What Causes Pain In The Feet?

for a few years I have had needle type pain in my feet when I get out of bed in the morning(which goes away once I walk a few steps- and cant sleep comfortably on my side if my wrists bent when resting on the mattress - I need to prop them flat on a pillow to sleep- now my knuckles have started cracking when I curl my fingers ....why?

Hi,

Your symptoms seem to be related to peripheral neuropathy. There are several medical conditions that cause these symptoms. I suggest you to do a glycemia blood level to exclude diabetes which is one of the common causes.
