What Causes Pain In The Feet After Total Knee Replacement?

Just got a total knee replacement on June 6 th. Everything is going well. Woke up this morning with gout pain in my foot on the same leg. Just taking Percocet 5-325 mg and aspirin twice daily. Should I take my coclcrys .6mg like I normally do for gout flair-ups
