What Causes Pain In The Eyes?

I started off with a pain in my eye last night. at first it felt like an eyelash... I looked and tried to clear the are. I continued to get more aggravated and the I could swelling my eye and check. it has gotten worse through the day. the is a teary continuous slight discharge, but with colorace is now down in to my jaw and the lymph node is swollen. I ve been flushing with saline solution. only on the left side. Any ideas? I don t have insurance

it-can be sty and blepharitis. requeres tobe examined by eye doctor.treatment after diagnosis can apply ofloxacin.3% eye drop 6 hourly and apply neosporine eye ointment at bed time. can take tab hifenac in morning after food.
