What Causes Pain In The Chest?

Hi my name is salvador I get sharp chest pains 1-2 times a week. i workout 6 times a day I do take preworkout evryday of those days that I workout. I usually do 8-12 reps on all of my compound movements and excercises. im 20 years old I weigh 185 and im 5 6. I feel like a sharp pain on the inside of my chest. And i eat about 4,000 calories a day to gain muscle mass. i go no.2 about 3-4 times a day so its not like my food is plugged up. i drink a gallon of water a day. I eat 5 meals a day. Alot of oatmeal 4 potatoes a day and 20 oz of chicken breast a day everyday. Thankyou.

Hello,

Pain in the chest can be due to either from stomach acidity or due to problems in the heart.

You give him Pantoprazole tablet for two weeks and syrup of Digene. If symptoms continue then take him to the emergency room for further evaluation.
