What Causes Pain In The Chest And Neck?

Dear Dr. Sumit Bhatti my sister is 43 year old ,she facing throat problem from last two year as well neck pain chaest pain back bone pain also she facing we visited to ENT but after xray and blood check up doctor saying everything is normal could you please suggest what will be cause how ti overcome this problem Thanks.

dear
it might be that every thing is alright ,it will be a muscle pain.But we must also should rule out certain cardiac risks as well .
In such cases just to rule our cardiac cause let us do an ECG.
More over we can have a analgesic ,anti inflammatory topical as wellas oral.
For a normal ECG we can get treated only for the muscle pain or myalgia.
Do consult your physician with the ECG.
