General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there, according to your history I can assume the following
1. It can be a myocardial infarction which is a life threatening condition start as a tight chest pain may or may not associated with loss of consciousness.
2. It can be a episode of angina which is due to the blockage of the coronary artery associated with sever chest pain.
So I best suggest you to do an ECG and ECHO and get a Cardiology consultation done as soon as possible, the fast you get diagnosed the better the prognosis is... So don't ignore such pain and see the doctor immediately.

Thanks

Regards
Dr Varun
