Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello,

Pain is neurological and it is decreasing after rest in the night. Consult neurologist for examination. After examination he can try to isolate the particular nerve.

With exercise there may be improvement. It may be frozen shoulder.

You may get relief by giving injection Kenachort in to joint space. Can be given some analgesic like tablet combiflam for relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ashok Kumar Dash, Ophthalmologist
