What Causes Pain In The Anus During Defecation?

HI I have pain in my anus especially while going to defecate. The pain started almost 2 months ago. There is also Itching and discharge like mucous which has foul smelling. The mucous doesn t come all the time, only sometimes. I have hemorrhoid almost for 10 years but there was no pain earlier, just the pain started 2 months ago. Most of the time I fart which makes me so much annoying. Is this because of hemorrhoid or something else? Do I need to see my doctor?

itcan be piles fissure or fistula in ano apply proctosedyl ointment. takecremafin at bed time can take husk of isof gul soaked in water at bed time.after confirming diagnosis cry o surgery can be-considered. yes need to see surgeon.
