What Causes Pain In Testicles?

Hi doctor, I am 23 years old my problem is 1 year ago left side testicle size bigger than right side and left size testicle very painful. After treatment is normal but now my left size testicle size very small than right side testicle. Is it normal or dangerous plz help me and it is problem for daily masterbute?

Hi, if there is no pain in the testicle now it should not be a problem. To confirm,you can get an Ultrasound done of the Scrotum to see the exact size of the testicle. Daily masturbation is not advisable and it would be better if you can decrease the frequency to 2-3 times a week instead. Also, get a Semen analysis to see the quality of your sperms which will be a confirmation that all is normal. Take care,
