What Causes Pain In Testicles During Urination?

My son fell on corner of a bench and for lack of better words nutted himself. He fell straight down pushing his testicles up. It was a hard fall. Anyways.... it now hurts him to pee. Is this normal? Should I take him to the Dr? I don t think there is any viable swelling and not bruising at this point. Thanks for the info!

See in your case you have to be careful enough because the injured area is testicles of your son. I will suggest to give him some pain killer like tab akilos-p or tab combiflam every 8-12 hourly after meals and even after if pain is not subsiding than immediately contact to your physician.
