What Causes Pain In Testicle?
the bottom of my right testicles hurts, particularly when it rubs against my leg whilst walking. I can't feel any lumps but i have noticed that whilst my left one sits flat the right tends to sit more verticle and so is unconfortable when sitting. any ideas?

Noted your history of pain in the right testicle which increases on touch of the thigh while sitting or walking.
Its position is also not normal as compared to the left testicle.
I would advise the following in such a condition.
- Color Doppler and ultrasound.
- Conical examination.
- Correction of the defect by surgery if problem of position, and medical management if problem is medical or due to infection.
