What Causes Pain In Testicle And Retraction Of Scrotum Into Abdomen?

Well a while ago I started having pinching pains in my left testicle. I wIted a couple days to see the doctor and they gave me some antibiotics saying it was something I cant completely recall at the moment. Said to take the meds and if symptoms became worse to come back for another visit. I never did since the symptoms were either too minor for me to notice or it went away. Long story short the pain returned about a month ago and now the scrotum and testicales retract painfully into my abdomen. Very uncomfortable and at times it will take over 30-45 minutes to finally lower down. I believe it could be the epiditamidas (possible spelling error) just worsening, but theres reason for me to suspect I couldve contracted some sort of STD. If it is an std what could it be? Does it sound like it will go away again? Any info will be appreciated! im actually pretty concerned since im 17 yrs old. PS. I feel a pinching on the inside of my thighs, I supsect a possible pinched nerve, what then? Ill notice my left leg will spasm every now and then due to the pinching, and theres times where I can barely walk due the pain caused by the pressure and pinching in my groin/abdominal area. Please any help will be greatly appreciated

Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
Well your concern is understandable.
You need to see an Urologist at the earliest. After a proper local examination of your genitalia, he should be able to give an expert opinion.
Don't try to treat with medicines alone, unless an Urologist advises.
There are blood tests to detect STD. you can consult the doctor after doing blood tests like VDRL, HBsAg, and HIV.
The nerve pain you feel, is most likely to be due to neuralgia.
Hope your doubts are cleared. You can contact me by name, with the reports. Dr.Matthew Mangat.
