What Causes Pain In Stomach?

Hello I am a 34 yr old Female and for the past week I have been expericing "rolling" like pains in my stomach (at the top). These pains have been bend over painful. These are not consistent pains but several times throughout the day. I have taken heartburn medication as well as a mild laxative but still no change. What could this be? thanks, MER
