What Causes Pain In Stomach And Nausea?

I have been having pain in my stomach e=below my right breast as well as nausea. It acts like a gall bladder attack except I had it out last year. When I move, sometimes it feels like a muscle pull, or rather, a contraction. Should I be concerned?
