What Causes Pain In Skull And Top Of The Head?
Hi I am getting some sharp pains in my skull , top part of my head head right hand side , it isn t turning into a head ache , it hurts for a period then seems to go away I m feeling pretty Ok otherwise a bit tired. Have still got a good cough following a recent cold

It is the aftermath of the cold and all that illness you had and still have cough. Coughing itself is an exhaustive disease process that causes pain in the head as you are feeling.
Take "Excedrin Mild Headache" for pain and Over the counter cough syrup like Robitussin Maximum Strength DM day/night pack. It is very effective and once your cough is gone, your pain in head will no more be there.
