What Causes Pain In Sinuses?

I have sinusitis problem since last 1year and I experience pain oftenly when I ski meals or I wait for long between the meas wearing my heavy glasses. So I want to ask whether its the glasses that is causing sinus pain or skipping meals strain my eyes with glasses??

skipping meals causes hypoglycemic head- ache, error of refraction of glasses causes head- ache. sinusitis , should have nasal obstruction, nasal block, post nasal drip and head- ache. visit an ent surgeon for evaluating ur head- ache.
