What Causes Pain In Sinuses Along With Nose Bleeds?

I ve worn glasses around the house for a few days now, starting due to being bedridden for a head cold. My sinuses still hurt a little bit and I have bloody noses at night. I m getting over the cold but now I m starting to feel a bit of pain behind my face and around my eyes. I spend many hours looking at screens (usually no headaches) and like I said I started wearing my glasses around the time I got sick. Are these headaches caused by my sinuses or by my glasses?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome.

Both the factors can cause headaches, but the pain related with the glasses should usually be around the head region, whereas the pain described by you is usually associated with sinus headaches.

Best wishes.
