What Causes Pain In Shoulder Radiating Towards Palm And Hand?
Sir, I am suffering from pain at my shoulder for about six months and it is spreading towards my palm now of my left hand it is also connected with my neck as well. Now such pain also appears on my right shoulder it is sever at morning time or awaking time , I am suggested met neurobion tab but it is not so effective, I want to know what deficiency causes such problem and from where we get it.

I really appreciate your concern, such pain could be due to arthritis but possibility of neuromuscular changes need to be ruled out, condition can be managed with analgesic medicines, and best option would be Tab Ibuprofen 40 mg three times in day, in my opinion if the symptoms persist then it need to be investigated, some time this may be age related, hope this information helps, take care.
