What Causes Pain In Shoulder Joint, Thigh And Knee Joint?

I have had an ache in my upper arm in the muscle below my shoulder joint that comes and goes. It can be mild or very bad. Now I am beginning to have a similar ache in my thigh between my knee and my hip joint that also comes and goes. I have not had any falls. I am 71 and female.

This may be poliartritis and you should see rheumatologist to see if there is some autoimmune disease such as rheumatoids arhritis which is most common.
