What Causes Pain In Scrotum?

Hi i was playing soccer and i sorta reached out with my right leg stationary and i heard a pop after that ive been feeling pain under my right ballsack i cant really describe it but i think something is wrong with my ballsack or something im not sure if it could be my hip but im sure it has to do with my balls please help right away!

I understood your health concerns.
My Impression-
AS the history and query facts are incomplete, I would suggest you to assess your case from -Surgeon / Orthopedic surgeon.
As there is pain in scrotum you would need evaluation from Urologist also.
In My opinion - it could be from adductor Muscle strain injury,which is near scrotal area.This could be resolved after proper check up from Surgeon/ Orthosurgeon.
Pop up feeling you had could be from -muscle give way injury or from any damage to inguinal canal contents going to scrotum and needs to be verified after physical check up from Surgeon.
USG / colour doppler would resolve if Scrotal contents are injured.

Hope this resolves all your queries to your satisfaction.
