Hi I have been experiencing pain to my right upper abdomen for at least 18 years on and off I get episodes of this it can last up to a couple of days couple of weeks it can go away for a few months then re appear the symptoms I get are dull ache to right side under rib cage it feels as if I m being crushed around this area I also get sharp pain between shoulder blade ihaven t been able to lay on my right side or back now for about 18months I e been to my gp iv had ultrasound no stones but descended gallbladder with 2 poll ops have been discovered I have pushed for further investigations and have just recently had an hydra scan to scan my gallbladder awaiting results the medical profession I feel don t seem to be taking me serious ,when I explain my symptoms there saying they don t sound gallbladder related would like your onion please .
