Hi maam,

What is your age?

Pain in the breast and armpit with fever can be mainly due to infective reason(even though malignancy has to be ruled out).

You need to have a course of antibiotics like cefpodoxime,
analgesics like aceclofenac and serratiopeptidase in the required dosage.

I would like to suggest you to get a mammography done along with some blood tests like
complete blood count,
Blood urea,Sr.creatinine,
LFT,
FNAC of the breast lump along with
an USG of the breast.

Review these reports with a general surgeon.
Take care
