Male 48, 5 10, 180 lbs. I have been having pain in my lower right abdomen (slightly under where my belly button is and to the right) it is painful ( stabbing pain) when I sneeze or cough. Running/jumping seem to make it worse and difficult to sit up for a few days. I still have my appendix. Recent blood test normal other than high triglcerides. Area not tender and feels normal.
