Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Regarding your concern, I would explain that it is necessary consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and some tests:
- An abdominal ultrasound
- Kidney and liver function tests
- Amylase and lipase plasma levels
- Complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation
- A stool analysis for fungal infection or helicobacter pylori.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
