What Causes Pain In Rib Cage?

yes, please. about a week ago, while i was sleeping in the middle of the night, i felt a pain on my left side, somewhere along the side and rib cage. A few days ago i noticed a small lump, or bulge on the left side. The pain has not gone away completely, it feels at times like small muscle spasms in the same area and sometimes thru my back and waist (left side)

HI
Well come to HCM
Lymph node swelling may be likely could be due to some infection, or this may be due to some poor posture, in either case first is just wait for some time, if this does not improved then this can be treated with following medicines
1) Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day
2) Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg once in day
try to maintain good posture, no need to worry this would be fine soon, take care.
