What Causes Pain In Rib Cage Radiating To The Neck?

I ve had a pain under my right rib cage. It seemed to travel up to my neck area. I can t take eep breaths, and if I have to sneeze I am not able to. The pain then gets worse, there a sharp pain by shoulder almost a burning pain. The pain in my side has gotten better but it still present when I need to sneeze.

this mostly looks like a muscular spasm ( if there is no history of trauma). Some analgesics like NSAIDS and hot fomentation would help.
