What Causes Pain In Rectal Area While Passing Bowel Movements?
Hi. This is complicated to say but when i feel a fart coming or i have to go to the bathroom, i get this pulsating pain in my rectal area. it feels like it hurts on the muscle or whatever is used to hold in a fart. would you have nay idea what that would be?

Is there any bleeding? I think you may be due suffering from rectal muscle spasm due to irritation or fissure or fistula in anus.
Use high fiber diet; avoid alcohol, smoking and use Dilgel tube locally. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.
