General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The weight loss is secondary metabolic changes in the body due to diabetes.

The penile pain sounds to be non-specific urethritis, a fairly common issue in diabetic patients.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
