SMALL AREA AREA BASE OF PENIS ON RIGHT SIDE , HURTS TO TOUCH IT , AND HURTS DURING SEX AND SOMETIMES ENTIRE NEXT DAY LIKE A BURNING THIGH MUSCLE WHEN YOU SNOW SKI , IT SEEMS IT MAKES MY PENIS GO TO THE RIGHT AND SKINNIER ON THAT SIDE LIKE ITS PULLING ON THE PENIS

it appears to be sexualy transmited disease. it can be chlamydia or herpes 1and 2. should have given your marital history or sexual habit. so now you have to go for std test. and exclude all disease mentioned as probability. if positive then it should be treated, your sexual partner should also go for alltest.
