What Causes Pain In Penis After Masturbation?

Hello. Recently I started to drink a lot of water everyday.The problem is that,after masturbating,there is a pain in my penis.Since I keep having the feel of having to pee,I can t leave the toilet unless I pee little by little.It irritates me a lot.Is there any way to stop this?\It only happens when I drink a lot of water.

Hello,
I can understand your concern.
Having the urge to pee is usually present after ejaculation. In fact it is in a way helpful to prevent any infection.
If burning and pain is also present then ther is a chance of a urinary tract infection.
Kindly get a complete urine examination done and presence of uti can be rule out.
Drinking lots of water doesnot have any effects post masturbation.
Pain in the penis immediatelt after masturbation can be due to general weakness.
Eat a nutritious diet rich in proteins.
Take tab becosules once daily for a month.
