Hello,

Since you have a history of suffering from IBS, you should continue to take the prescribed medicines. Avoid constipation, if needed you can take laxatives at bed time. Stay hydrated. Take food in time, avoid taking oily-spicy junk food. To avoid discomfort or pain due to acid reflux, you can take antacids or PPI's , one SOS when needed.

Get Urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done to rule out pain due to UTI. Stay well hydrated. For relieve from pain you can take anti-spasmodics (spasmol- spasmoproxyvon), one SOS when needed. If reports are positive you will require to take antibiotics. You are suggested to get USG (uterus done) to detect fibroids or endometriosis, they cause similar symptoms. You will be treated accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
