What Causes Pain In Nose And Sinus Cavity?
I have severe pain in my nose and sinus cavity. I was smoking a hookah with a friend that had this cherry flavored tobacco and one time I put the hose in my nose and inhaled smoke. Well, the next day I had intense pain in my nose and sinus. It literally feels like someone punched me in the right side of my nose. The cartilage feels bruised and the pain is just getting worse.

Hi you might have injured the linings of your nose. I would suggest you take some pain medication and see an ENT. You may apply a cold compress but dicontinue it if you are not comfortable with it
