What Causes Pain In Neck While Having Antibiotics For Sinus Infection?

Sinus infection not responding to 3 antibiotics and a steroid course. No nasal drainage. Persistent bad headache inside of nose feels raw. very slight sore throat. Swollen painful glands. No fever. Head feels detached from body and foggy . Neck and back of neck ache. What is going on?(53yr old male)

Hello
I think you should have a proper workup for the same including nasal endoscopy and ct scan pns. Hope you are taking nasal decongestants and steam inhalation along with the antibiotics. Consider a fess if your ent suggests.
