What Causes Pain In Neck Radiating To Back?

I work in an office, and constantly look to the right at my computer. Out of no where this morning, a pain appeared in my neck. Right side towards the back. It radiates into my shoulder now and then and I can barely turn my head. Is there anything a doc could do if I were to go to a walk-in clinic?

Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you can have muscular pain due continues work at computer. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Muscle relaxant such as thiocholchoside is helpful. Rest to neck muscles is helpful. You are advised to not use pillow or use very thin pillow to relieve the pain. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us.I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.
