What Causes Pain In Neck Radiating Into Chest While On Nortriptyline?
I just started a new medication for migraines (nortriptyline HCL 50mg @ bedtime) The past several evenings that Ive taken it I get pain from the bottom of my neck into my chest. the pain stays there and then I get really sharp pains and it makes me nauseous. during the day It hurts but not as bad.

The symptoms seem to be related to gastroesophageal reflux disease. I suggest using antacids such as Maalox three times a day. I also suggest using Omeprazole 20 mg in the morning before breakfast.
