What Causes Pain In My Scrotum After Sex?
i was having sex with my girlfriend last night and during the "deed"
i felt a sharp little pain on my scrotum now there is a lump the area is a little red but it only hurts if i touch it and if i try to lift heavy objects im kind of freaking out a bit can you give me some insight
