What Causes Pain In My Lower Back And Right Side Of Waistline?

I began hurting in my lower back and right side like in waistline. I am going to bathroom very often with little out put. Every time I lie down I have to get back up. My stomach also feels pressure. I am drinking water. I have an appt. with my MD tomorrow but in pain do I need to go to ER I am a diabetic? I took a pain pill at 10 pm no help.

Hi,

It could be a muscle pain which can be relieved by taking Myoril 8mg tablet after meals one tablet morning and night. You will get relieve after 1 day of medication and continue it for 2-3 days.
