What Causes Pain In Lower Right Abdomen And Irregular Bowel Movements?

i m having pain in right lower abdomen at the site of appendix. it in creases with pushing the place. i got ultrasound and it was clear that no stone or inflammation was present at site of pain. how ever gallbladder was partially contracted but appears normal, no stone in cbd. previously i had pain in upper back behind liver site extending to other end of back and making curve towards stomach. lower abdominal pain occurs frequently withh irregular bowl movment and bad taste. consulted 3 differnt doctors but reason yet niot confirmed. can any one guide me what its cause could be/

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if no abnormalities being detected as long as the pain is concern then it may not be any pathology behind the pain but it could be due to some muscular condition like spasm it could be smooth muscle spasm too, on tentative basis Tab Chlordiazepoxide with Clinidium can be tried three times in day hope this information helps.
